Dropped my car off to check my tire. Called an hour before closing and they never got to it. They said they were “short staffed” and wanted to hold it overnight. I had to be somewhere at 8am the next and needed my car. Why not just tell me up front when I dropped it off that they were not sure if they could get to it today? Why does it take 5+ hours to see if there’s a nail in my tire? When I went to pick my keys up the lady said she was “so sorry and would give me a big coupon next time”.
