Horrible service and the manager for this location mcclinton was very disrespectful. He did not want to honor the free rotation coupon and I had an appt pre booked. He did not care if I was a loyal customer and had my tires replaced at Mavis twice in the last two years at Mavis.
Tiffiny - awesome team especially the receptionist Tay. Last minute brakes and oil change needed on a Sunday, ended up needing a little more TLC than expected. Discounts were used and quick service. Was able to go to the mall, get mani and pedi eat lunch and pick up my vehicle ahead of time. Very thankful!

McClinton was such a pleasure to get assistance from. I was only getting an oil change but he made sure to still provide excellent customer service. He was honest about the wait time and had a great attitude.
