I stopped by with an issue with my car because it was making a clunking sound. It happened three times so I headed over to Mavis at the corner of Sunnymead and Old Campaign, in Hillsborough. I dealt with Lucy who was extremely helpful, and told me she would call me shortly once they had a chance to look at the car. When she called back she said there was really no major issue, which I was happy to hear, but they found something that could have attributed to the sound I heard. This Mavis is a hidden gem. Service was great, prices reasonable and location perfect. Highly recommended.
I am beyond impressed with Mavis Hillsboro. My wife needed 2 new tires and an oil change, and they helped her find the best bang for her buck (she’s been manipulated by other places in the past!) The girl in the front, Lucy I believe, went above and beyond to help us out. Service was speedy! Great spot. Would recommend a paint job though. 5 stars/5.
Had a great experience dealing with Lucy at Mavis. She was very professional and has excellent Customer Service skills. I had recently bought two new tires and within a month, I got a nail in one of the new tires. Because of the way the nail punctured the tire, I had to buy another new tire. She was very accommodating to my needs and even worked things out to save me some money. I recommend this Mavis location on Camplain Rd in Hillsborough/Manville. Thank you Lucy!
