Excellent communication, high quality, provided options for (additional) service (not everything had to be done ‘now’), provided status updates (re time), honored service coupons/discounts from 3+ year old coupon book, very fair pricing .. … we have brought all (4) of our Subarus to Suburban for all service, whether we purchased them at Suburban or somewhere else .. completely recommend ..
Very, very unprofessional!!I I was working over a week with a Salesperson over text, phone and internet and got a quote and scheduled a test drive. 15 minutes before my wife and I left for the test drive, I get a call and was told the vehicle had a small dent and was sent to the shop to be fixed and I would be notified immediately after the car came back to the dealership.
