Everything was great, I had an issue with my wheel/tire and stopped in without an appointment. They we able to fit me in, order the part and gave me a courtesy car for the day since the part wasn’t in stock.
Suburban always does good work. The staff are professional and provide great service.
I took my daughter here to see a used car she was interested in. We had been to several other dealers and were disappointed in all. However, Suburban Subaru came through for us! Not only did they actually have the car she wanted, but our salesman, John Woodman, was excellent! He made her first car buying experience very special. Thank you, John and Suburban Subaru!
After over 2 years of bothering me to do a recall, I finally made an appointment. I had already told you the car was modified and that didn't seem to matter. Not even 10 minutes of being home I get a call saying you can't do the recall because the car is too modified. Then you tell me I can buy the part and have it installed at my shop. $350 later and it's finally done. Not the best experience with Suburban Subaru!
