Worst hotel ever. Smell in the room was so strong we couldn't stay there. Made your eyes water. Front desk person was no help. Don't stay here.
BLOODY COMFORTER!!! They Deleted photos and refuses to refund a $300 bill!! My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The location was very convenient and close to places to eat and Santa Clause Indiana. The rooms are very clean and spotless. The staff is very friendly. The beds are comfortable and there were an adequate number of pillows on the bed. The Wi-Fi and TV both worked great. We did not use these but there is a pool and fitness room. I am at this inn right now and the noise over head has been horrible since about 4am. Absolutely unacceptable. Please stay anywhere except here. I complained to the desk clerk and she said it was maintenance. It sounds like a gymnastics class overhead. So sad. A bad ending to a good weekend.
Oh my gosh! I have been awake for hours. The noise over head is horrible. I complained to the desk clerk and she said it was maintenance men. The noise awoke me about 4am. I definitely would not ever stay here again!
Great pool, clean, updated rooms, and decent breakfast. Great price for the area. Manager (owner?) Singh was friendly, helpful, and professional. I will stay here again.
Wouldn’t let me cancel 4 days ahead of time check in wheather turned for the worst. Also booking .com no help. Won’t. Use them anymore
Because of Haley, a staff member, our stay at Quality Inn was amazing! She was very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. She deserves a raise and a promotion! Thank you, Haley!!!
