I booked a room, showed up, lobby was locked and empty. I called twice and it went to voicemail both times. I didn’t have time so I rebooked with a nearby Comfort Inn and Suites. Calling the next day I was told there was a sign on the door telling me to go to the neighboring motel (Clarion) for check in. Well, I didn’t see it (I took pics, no sign in the pics). This place has supplanted the Valu Stay. Vagrants all over - recklessly crossing the interstate and Elizabeth with no consequences. Local businesses have locks on their restrooms because of these people. Shut it down.
