I stayed here for a period of about 4 months. Bathroom full of mold that I actually cleaned for them. I had a picture fall off the wall and shatter from the neighbors above me always jumping around. Which the office never did anything about. Elizabeth is very very rude and doesn't need to be in the position she is in. During check out she said the room was good and released my security deposit. After I moved out a couple days later the deposit was gone as if they stopped payment and kept the money. They are thieves. There ar... read more

This is what I told them on the survey: The check in girl was fabulous. Everything else was deplorable. The floors were filthy, the fridge had a smell, roaches in the room. We booked Friday through Sunday left Saturday because when we were going to the beach the office was closed or I would have left the minute it was morning. The billing!!!!
