This is what I told them on the survey: The check in girl was fabulous. Everything else was deplorable. The floors were filthy, the fridge had a smell, roaches in the room. We booked Friday through Sunday left Saturday because when we were going to the beach the office was closed or I would have left the minute it was morning. The billing!!!! Filthy! Dirty! Unkept! Wow! Lipstick around bath faucet! Trash and sand everywhere! Broken outlet covers, Vanity base missing, Soot on ceiling above microwave. This is NOT where you want to stay! Might be cheap and it shows! Lucky I got my money back. Choice can do better policing of their reward affiliated hotels! Do not recommend this hotel.
Some of these reviews are misleading. The room smelled like weed when we first entered. The room is DIRTY. Floors are filthy. Don’t walk barefoot. There was a live roach in the fridge. You get what you pay for and I learned the hard way trying to save a buck. The reviews and pictures did not save me from booking. Will definitely have to delouse my belongings after this. Also, they got a lot of nerve asking for a $50 deposit.
They don't clean rooms or bring clean bedding. If you want more towels you have to take them to the office. One guest reported maggots in their room. Roaches have been seen. Some very sketchy guests are staying here long term. The worst part is the pool is only open until 8pm which is absurd, especially if you are in town for work
