Extremely dangerous location and facility. The windows don’t lock. People fighting and pleading over money. Renovations happening. Tools and buckets laying in random spots. Gives off the vibe that lots of drug related and criminal activity happen there. I checked out right after I paid bc the windows didn’t lock, and I was chased down the stairs with a resident recommending to give my dog acid. They refused any refund.
There is a HORRIBLE roach infestation here. But don't worry, they are repainting the entire place and replacing all of the carpet with hardwood so they can charge more for remodeled rooms! Who cares that roaches are crawling on the lobby walls and are infesting every single room? Not Suburban Studios!
Straight trash. Roaches everywhere coming out of the ac vents. Sticky floors, no coffee pot. Mildew carpets. Ignored by the front desk multiple times. Go to literally any other motel nearby.
