Hello for all those who are looking to book a room in this hotel. Expect no cleanliness in this room or hotel. Entrance to room was dirty, when talking about room- I could see hair everywhere and when I slept on bed I got rashes on my back. They’ve not even managed to mop the room, I saw filth everywhere. Just avoid if you’ve other option. You’ll regret staying here for sure, pay 10$ extra and stay somewhere else.
This is my third time staying here while in the area for work. I always use my Choice app to book and also use my reward points. I never have any problems at the front desk and never a security deposit. I always get a smoking jacuzzi room. People are polite and respectful here. My room is completely bug-free. I check every corner and fold in every room I get. It is not cleaned well, though. I always wipe out any tub before I use it, just because I hate the idea of commercial chemicals in my bath water. Great room and service, quiet and safe!
I was a little worried first when I moved in here for the duration while I’m up here working after being here for almost 3 months that very good room a good price and the dayshift manager is spot on. She’s good shit.
This is garbage hotel. 0 customer service. One guy is sitting not willing to help the customer at all. The smell is awful. No breakfast not pool no spa none of them are available.
