I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay and the hotel’s cancellation policy. I chose to discontinue my stay after three nights due to poor service, inadequate room conditions, and an unreasonable termination policy. I was trying to get a room for someone needs temporary help. The girl working there is super rude idk which trailer she comes from but she is rude and trashy. I can’t believe someone gave her that chance to deal with people trash customer service lol

.This is a fantastic extended-stay hotel, and my experience here has been nothing but positive. The staff has been consistently pleasant, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, featuring an LCD TV, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and a stove top, which makes long-term stays extremely convenient.
