Was a good experience for the first month of staying but our next 2 week payment was in cash and we thought we were good but a week into that payment my card got charged as well for the 2 week payment and when I talked to them they said they would refund the money in 3 to 5 business days Waited 7 days and still no refund reported to my bank a fraudulent charge and now am heading up there agian to have my final words with them, also have recording of them stating they would give a refund so not happy with this and 10/24/2025 ... read more
I booked a room for $92 for one night single bed. Just to show up and be told my booking has been cancelled and that it is now $220 for a room
Clean nice place descent prices... CHOICE MEMBER, RESERVATIONS *** NOT HONORED*** price always higher by 40$ be ready Atmosphere it's all about the money no personal touch
The room was alright but the location was hard to find because the name isn't showing just Suburban Studios but Comfort Inn. It appears to be under construction and due to road construction the GPS wasn't correct. So I had to stop at a store for directions. The good thing is the room was nice & clean plus located near several fast food restaurants including and grocery store,.
