I am very disappointed to say the least. The room was filthy. Smelly comforter, used Q-Tip and dead battery on the floor. Sheets were old and stained. Shower curtain had rips and stains and to top it off I found a live cockroach. I have so many pictures. So nasty. Maybe it's time to call the Health Dept. to report this terrible place.

My husband and I were going to stay here but we checked out. The rooms are disgusting mold in the toliet ,poop on the toilet, trash in the shower had not been cleaned ,microwave was filthy, floors had not been swept or mopped, sheets had pee stains on the them and cigarettes burns,tissue stuck in holes in the wall and no hot water they said that they had a busted water pipe and was not informed of this and didn't know when it would be fixed

Stayed at Suburban Studios in Gainesville, TX for three weeks—almost no hot water, moldy and dirty rooms, door locks don’t work, no fire alarm in one room, leaking toilets in two rooms, and they try not to provide towels. The front desk lady is very nice, but the overall conditions were unacceptable.

Please do not book this hotel!!!! It is disgusting and after getting to changed to a semi cleaner room, they had a broken pipe and the entire building had no hot water. The fall in the front was rude to everyone walking in while we were being helped but changed her tune upon is being greeted with their disgusting room. They have extended stay, so there are druggies and broken down cars in their parking lot. Our door locked were also broken, so sleep was nonexistent.
