My daughter was murdered in room 127 at this hotel March 30, 2024 - the room was barely cleaned, the staff stole her belongings when I went to pick them up 2 days after her death, and they told me I was not able to see the room due to it being rented out. This means they didn't even change the mattress that she died on! They had no time to change it. DIGUSTING! We were told to notify "Legal" and given an email address we were never contacted after we emailed "Legal".

Mad they're going out of business, the staff was great here a lady named Carolyn went above and beyond. Thank you again for a wonderful experience 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

My room door was half off its hinges and had to be pushed open hard and then realigned on its tracks to close. The bathroom was gross and there was food left in the freezer from another guest. Poor quality toilet paper.

My spouse and I lost all of our luggages. 2 carry ons, 3 suitcases, and 3 backpacks. We checked-in and left our room to get some dinner around the area, came back a couple hours later to our room and couldn’t even open the door because the keys were not working. After talking to the front office we were finally able to open our room to find that our room has been cleared and all of our belongings missing.
