La peor experiencia. No se hospeden aquí. ​Tuve problemas graves de ruido sobre las 12 AM y asi hasta las 5 Am haciendo imposible descansar. El personal de la noche se negó totalmente a ayudarme me dijieron que me apañe, lo que me obligó a llamar a la policía. Al día siguiente, la gerente revisó las cámaras de seguridad y confirmó el ruido y la presencia policial, pero aun así se negó a darme un reembolso. ​I stayed here and it was a complete nightmare. There was severe noise coming from the room next to me starting around midnight and kept going all night. When I contacted the staff multiple times, they refused to do anything about it and told me to deal with it. I was forced to call the police myself just to get a resolution. ​When I spoke to the manager, she reviewed the security footage and admitted she saw the incident and the police dispatch on camera. I've stayed at Suburban Studios for several months now. I call it home. The staff and residents are family. All of the them are appreciated and loved for their kindness, helpfullness and just plain being good people! KEEP IT UP!! 🥰🥰

This place is a complete dump. It looks nice at first, but I promise you they’re cockroaches all over it and everything. The place is infested with bugs and to mention the staff are completely either ignorant disrespectful or both do yourself a favor do not book at this hotel. I would give them zero stars if I could

If I can give this hotel a zero star I would I stayed at this hotel previously came in town to see my family thought this was great place to stay boy was I wrong? to mention their service is terrible. There are some great people there, but there’s one worker stands out of them all she is terrible. Her name is Jessica and she is not nice at all.
