A complete nightmare. Fridge didn't work but I didn't find out until the next day. The front desk refused to believe me or switch rooms. Eventually they said they would replace the fridge if I let them in the room to check it. No problem, but he tried to tell me it was blowing cold air when it was not. I had to go to work so they came in the room while I was at work to exchange it. Came back 9 hours later to all 4 burners and the oven on. Everyone was nice. However, mold was in the bathroom. I was told it was hair dye. No coffee ot, dishes. Had to ask for toilet paper. One of my pillow cases were dirty. The room in general wasn't very clean Asked corporate to send an inspector (didn't ask for a refund but was told there would be none.). I will never stay here again.
TLD;DR: DO NOT BOOK AT THIS LOCATION Literal trash. Leaving a review sight unseen about this hotel because we never even got to stay. My boyfriend and I booked a room for two nights (we were supposed to check in this evening) a month ago. We have already paid. My boyfriend called this morning to confirm the booking again since we will not arrive until late evening and to ask if a microwave was provided. The room was clean but very dated and worn. If someone were staying in the area for multiple days it is good that room has a stove and large frig. For a single day, not necessary. The rest of the facility was littered and looked to be in need of maintenance. Will not stay there again. For a few dollars more there are much nicer hotels within walking distance.
The laundry room keeps getting broken machines r down property won't do anything about it I paid 7 dollars to wash and then the machine I put my clothes in to dry said error and took my money I can't complain about the price monthly is decent but it does say weekly housekeeping and the don't do that at all might get it 1,time if you pay for the month
