Not a hotel I will stay at again! My room was so dirty, I couldn’t bring my daughter in there for our 2 night stay. Went to target & got some cleaning stuff. Two hours later I had it cleaned. Here’s what really bothered me, there was dried blood on the bathroom door, men’s hair all over the bathroom counter. Everything had dust over it. The front door was coming off the hinges, the front desk girl said maintenance would come the next day but they never did. This place is awful. It looked nice on the outside but inside is terrible. It stinks as soon as you walk in like mold and dog. Our room was disgusting with hair on the bedding, uncleaned sink, and water on the bathroom floor. The lampshade in our room was covered in mold too. We left in 15 minutes and didn’t receive a refund. Terrible.
We booked here six months before a music festival. We booked an extra night early since our flight arrives at 6am. We called to let them know that we would be checking in late and they told us they had to cancel our reservation because of water issues. We never got a phone call or email about the issues. We had to scramble and find another place to stay. We ended up paying three times as much as this place, but based on the other reviews, I’m glad they cancelled our reservation!
Hotel kept my deposit for two weeks and still refuse to refund. Hotel owner agreed to issue the refund, yet won’t do it.
