This business has no business selling people rooms. The hallways smell like they mold under carpet and the room was much worse. (Stains on sheets, towels and cloth shower curtain, 🤢 dirty floors) TV did not work, no coffee in the morning. Don’t health inspectors visit hotels as well as restaurants? Hopefully you look at reviews before your booking.. my observations are repeated throughout the list of victims.
Hotel had doors that didn't work consistently and the TV in one of our rooms didn't work and was not fixed during our stay. Hotel reeked and is desperately in need of an update.
Staff is very friendly. It just needs some serious updates. Things are falling apart and outdated. The weed smell is horrible, especially for the kids. It also needs a lot of deep cleaning. The hand rails are black with grime, and God knows what else. If you can afford to go somewhere else, I would say you probably want to do that. My room has a broken bathroom door and an inch of dust. Hallways have not seen a vacuum since Hoover invented them; random debris & tons of tracked in road salt everywhere. Third floor stank of cheap pot & sausage(?) along with construction dust & debris that covers all surfaces. This was also the very first time in hundreds of stays that I was asked to provide proof of my company rate code, despite having 20+ nights annually as Platinum with Choice.
