I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect—close to restaurants and attractions, which made getting around very easy. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Wow, Booked online and couldn't even get the room because of a deposit requirement which was never revealed upon booking
TERRIBLE STAFF!!! The front desk Indian lady is beyond rude and unprofessional!!! She locks you out your room and calls the police telling lies.
