Some females agressive and complaining loudly about themselves here, caution. Otherwise excellent. I stayed another day in another floor and didn't encounter the same type.
I want to give a big thank you to dontae for making my check-in experience so smooth and pleasant. He was friendly, efficient, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. It really set the tone for a great stay!
I stayed here with a couple of friends and we loved it! The room service was a solid 8/10 we had a few runarounds, but nothing major and definitely nothing that ruined the experience. What really stood out was the front desk. Courtney was incredibly nice and welcoming! I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels, and the front desk service is rarely this warm or genuine.
