I had not heard of this brand before so I did not know what to expect. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations except one. The Wi-Fi was slow. This being a hotel set up for extended stay with kitchenettes, there could be people working remote. That would be a problem at this hotel (and most hotels in my experience). The rooms were great. great place to stay while in mts, scenery is beautiful, go in the fall to see the mts change
Microwave didn't heat food at all, took numerous attempts to even get the food remotely warm. Our neighbors were up banging all night long. So if you're looking for soundproof rooms this is NOT the place. There is a "hot plate", however you'll have to come prepared with your own cookware and utensils as nothing is provided. Also, there is no Wi-Fi. They claim there is, but none of our phones (3) would connect. "Studios"? No this is just a regular ol hotel room NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
I want to preface this by saying that the staff was amazing - from the front desk to housekeeping! The location of this hotel is also awesome - make sure to go to Perkins and use your 10% off if staying at the hotel! The free breakfast was also really good!! Onto the not so great stuff… the bed felt like we were sleeping on milk crates! My hips hurt so bad and my husband had a pinched nerve in his shoulder by the end of the weekend. Stayed here for 2 nights. Everything was great. Nice bed, real nice maybe 55 inch TV, great cable package, very good breakfast. Best thing was Ellen at the front desk. Remote didn't work when I got there. Ellen put a back in 5 sign at the desk, came to my room and fixed it, and did it with a big smile on her face. Other hotels, pay attention, that's customer service. I would have given it 5 stars, but no pool. They don't say that they do, but a pool or hot tub would make it perfect
