Unsafe , unclean, run down smell and rude aggressive owners and staff. Hot tubs not hot. Sauna don't work. Blow dryer don't work. Heater barely works. Toilet don't flush. My boys rooms bathrooms doors broken.

Dont give this hotel anything, the website charged me for thIs Iowa location when i choose the Albuquerque location and the general manager told me “too bad, youre out of luck, try calling someone else”. Highly unprofessional as i just lost $450. They don’t care at all
