Dont give this hotel anything, the website charged me for thIs Iowa location when i choose the Albuquerque location and the general manager told me “too bad, youre out of luck, try calling someone else”. Highly unprofessional as i just lost $450. They don’t care at all
My family and I stayed at this hotel due to me having to have surgery. While I was in the hospital my sister took my kids to the pool. A random guest named David older guy picked my 6 yr old daughter up and threw her in the pool while my sister went under water. My daughter can’t swim. This hotel didn’t do anything about it and allowed the man to stay there. Never in life have I experienced something like this and the fact that the hotel didn’t do ANYTHING speaks volumes!! This is a wonderful motel. I was skeptical at first but wow what an amazing motel. Staff was awesome Adelle was very helpful and welcoming did a great job. She even brought me and iron and iron board. The rooms are very clean and real comfortable beds. Big rooms with great shower. Awesome restaurant and awesome pool and hot tub and sauna. The price was really affordable especially for everything you get. I will for sure stay here again. I would recommend this motel for anyone. You won't regret it. the pool was cold and they didn't have the heat on in the room so u froze when u got out of the pool and hot tub didn't work the shower your suppose to use before getting in the pool was cold and didn't get hot the sauna didn't work the hallways were cold like there was no heat on in the hotel my kids were very disappointed because they wanted to swim but was to cold to stay in
