the general manager **** took 24 phone calls to answer the phone. They are not sanitary, they do not clean their laundry. they have been over charging us for a year. They need to be under investigation as now we are getting sick from them having mold and covering it with paint.
This Hotel and its operations/Management and employees are definitely providing illegal/un- standard services to its customers and residents!!!***************************
