I booked a room for a week I contacted the front desk to let them know the shower was broken they told me they would get it taken care of which they never did, as you can see in the attached photo there’s no place to use the shower it’s just a hole in the tub, when I checked out they said they would refund me part of my money for this inconvenience which they’ve never done and they still haven’t even returned my deposit it’s been almost a week, I will move forward to legally get my money back they owe me if I need to and on ... read more
The very first thing I saw up on entering the room was a bug on the pillow. 🥲
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Shower did not work and was rusted. Water backed up in the tub. A/C smelled like stale smoke. Dead roaches in the room. Paint peeling off the back of the door. It was disgusting.
If I could leave 0 stars I would Tried to help out someone Rooms nasty they debit the deposit and try to keep it saying it’s something with they bank but per all reviews they make up any excuse to keep your money Run don’t book this hotel for anyone you care about…
