Suburban has great customer service.
Go see TJ! Best person to work with when it comes to snowboarding and fitments. But honestly, one of the best stores for outdoor sport activities with a HUGE inventory. I went to alpine haus and got let down when they had no helmets in stock. I came here, 30 minutes later I walked out to two awesome smith helmets that we can't wait to use tomorrow! Go see TJ!!!!!
Third time I’ve had to deal with the same condescending attitude from the same guy working. I legitimately hate this place. The only thing I’ve done here is spent over 10k and get treated like garbage from this one “manager”. All done with “supporting local”
Went in to get my skis tuned and got turned away because my brand wasn’t compatible for legal reasons. No real explanation, kid said it was easy for me to work on them myself. Skis were just purchased, used, but in general good shape with the bindings in solid condition. I asked if they could just sharpen the edges and wax them for me, and they just plain refused.
