Went in to get my skis tuned and got turned away because my brand wasn’t compatible for legal reasons. No real explanation, kid said it was easy for me to work on them myself. Skis were just purchased, used, but in general good shape with the bindings in solid condition. I asked if they could just sharpen the edges and wax them for me, and they just plain refused. We buy all of our skiing, snowboarding, and cycling gear at Suburban. Very knowledgeable staff, awesome service department for ski and bike tune ups. Knowledgeable in ski racing gear too. The staff always go the extra mile helping their customers. Suburban has also sent a representative to our ski club annually to give a intimate presentation of the latest in ski technology. We appreciate their dedication to their customers.
They were very helpful in resolving a fit problem in my boots. Very knowledgeable and open to explaining the pro’s and con’s of their approach. Great experience and perfect outcome. Thanks!!!
