Have bought a couple Cannondale Quick’s from this store (one in person, one online) - excellent experience, the best pricing and would highly recommend.
The bald older guy who is the owner ( maybe) or the sales rep was rude and seemed like he was doing us a favor when he had a few questions about an EBike. He acted like he had no idea about bikes.
called wondering if they could take the rear cassette off the back wheel on my bike for me my tool broke the guy basically said go ff your self said since i didnt buy the bike there from them they cant help so if you didnt buy your stuff from here dont call them and ask them to work on stuff i guess
This is now the third time I've had to deal with the same condescending manager, and it's always the exact same dismissive, uncaring attitude.
