My son was completely mute. We started him at 18 months. Now at 4.5 Billy is talking like a four year old should. I am so grateful to Suburban Speech. When my younger son wasn’t talking, we had him at a place that took our insurance. That was a mistake. After a few months, he still wasn’t saying many words. Yet after just a few weeks at Suburan Speech he is gesturing, saying a few sounds and identifying body parts.

We absolutely love Suburban speech center! Ms. Renee is truly the best — she has made such an incredible difference for my daughter over the past year. Her patience, creativity, and genuine care have helped my daughter make amazing progress and gain so much confidence in her speech. Every session feels positive and encouraging, and we always leave with a smile. I’m so grateful for Ms. Renee’s dedication and the wonderful support from the whole team. Highly recommend!
My son has apraxia, and had maybe 1 or 2 words at the start of treatment. 1 year later and he’s speaking in full sentences and has had a massive turnaround. Every staff member is friendly, and more importantly competent at their job. I wouldn’t trust anywhere else to get my son the help he needs. It’s also a 45 minute commute for me, if that helps get across how great this place is.
