I had a mostly positive experience working with Suburban Solutions. Their pricing was reasonable and transparent, and way less expensive that another moving company I considered. They sent to movers out and they were fast, efficient, and professional! However, the movers did arrive 1.5 hours later than the agreed upon time, pushing back my move considerably, but thankfully my move didn't have significant time restraints.
Suburban is our only choice for long distance moves. They have moved us from NYC to DC (and back!) over a few years. They do an excellent job moving furniture and large items. In our last move, they moved us up to a third story walk up in Manhattan. I don't know how they got our furniture up that staircase, but they did and had no complaints while doing it. I have used them multiple times to move and will continue to do. Such an amazing company to have take care of all your possessions. They are friendly and caring in all that they do.
Movers were very quick! They were pretty careful with my things but did break some small stuff. One mover mentioned someone could come by to fix a broken piece of furniture. Apparently he was misinformed, but someone still did come out to fix my bed frame. Very quick response, upheld their word, and reasonable pricing. Overall extremely easy to work with. Great experience!
I can’t say enough great things about Suburban Solutions DC! They came through for me at the very last minute on a Saturday when my moving situation suddenly changed. Not only were they able to accommodate me on short notice, but they were incredibly flexible and understanding when U-Haul unexpectedly canceled their delivery.
