My movers were very friendly and accommodating. Even with a small elevator and an issue with my parking reservation on the street they were very easy going. I only wish they were slightly more efficient but it really wasn’t much of an issue. Would recommend for sure!
Absolutely amazing... Packed up my stuff with the quickness. And put me and my daughter bed within minutes.... Great, crew also.....
Edit: they have now flawlessly helped me with THREE moves between NYC and DC (and back) and DC to Seattle. All flawless, professional, consistent, and an excellent value for the service provided. I have moved at least 10 times, and this is by far the best moving experience I've ever had. I have just hired them again to help with my most recent move after a great experience with my last two moves. They are professional, efficient, and resolve any issues promptly. When I met with Suburban Solutions Moving Company October 2024, I was impressed with their quote and so I signed on for them to be my moving agent. The quote was for approximately 4.5 hours but the move took nearly 12 hours because the owner had grossly underestimated the labor hours and materials for the move, which meant the there was overtime hours involved at the new location due to the fact the new location person was responsible for keeping the elevator opened until all items have been delivered to my 5th floor unit.
