Have been a very pleased customer for almost thirty years and have never been disappointed with either the service or professionalism of Suburban. They are also helpful with recommendations. It is unique, unfortunately, in this day and age that this is the case and we highly recommend anyone who needs to use their services to do so with the knowledge that they are in good hands.
I thought I left a review here... it was in January, we asked a quote for a septic inspection to SSS. I don't know about another branch (there's one in Canton) but Jeff came from East Hampton to Cheshire, the house we were gonna purchase. He came 20 mintues before we arrived, already in the middle of inspection. He couldn't proceed because there was a huge issue with the septic which he pointed it out and explained the detail. On thanksgiving our sewer backed up with an issue with the septic tank hours before guests were to arrive. Suburban sanitation and Juan were very responsive and knowledgeable. They saved our thanksgiving!!
