Overall I had a positive experience with Suburban Research Associates. My biggest criticism stems from my interactions with Dr. Hatti. Dr. Hatti seems to suffer from auditory deficit disorder. On multiple occasions I have conveyed to Dr. Hatti that I was sleep-deprived from being off a particular medication. Dr. Hatti encouraged me to hang in there as he believed I was benefiting from the experimental medication. It was not a good outcome. On the positive side I found the rest of the staff to be incredibly professional.
