Crazypants runaround medical scam. I'm on my 5th phone call trying to reach this "provider" for billing me via my insurance. Had a routine mammogram on 12/1, covered. There's a second bill for 12/2 stating routine mammogram out of network, not covered, tied to Suburban Radiologists SC. I suppose this could be a dr that reviewed the results? I got a bill stating that my account was past due. I logged into the website shown on the bill, and the site says that I have no outstanding bills and my balance is 0. I'll gladly pay them if I owe money, but they need to give me a way to pay. I'm not comfortable sharing my credit card number over the phone.
I keep getting a bill for someone else’s service in Chicago, Il. I am Tennessee.
I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are all about. I pay my bill using the website, it's seamless, easy, and I've never had a problem with them. Would recommend. They text you when you have a bill due, it's nice to be reminded.
