They text your bill to you and when you try to look at it the link does not work. I guess its too hard for them to send a bill in the mail. You think they would want to get paid. I have seen several reviews that others have the same problem. Also I don't pay my bills with my phone or on my computer I send them a check or pay in person. Is it that hard to look up my address and send a bill. Like I said not everyone pays their bills by phone.

Very disappointing experience. This radiology group provided services through an in-network imaging center, but later billed me as out-of-network. I had no ability to choose the radiologist and was never clearly informed this would happen. Instead of helping resolve the issue after insurance denied the claim, they immediately escalated to aggressive collection-style notice. Their billing system is via text message, but has no verifying information other than the business name. I recommend calling their billing department directly to verify if you owe them money. Expect sass, I received plenty from my representative. To the business, your billing system mimics spear phishing and needs to be adjusted so you aren't unfairly sending people to collections because they don't want malware on their phones and don't take the step to call you.
