I keep getting a bill for someone else’s service in Chicago, Il. I am Tennessee.
I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are all about. I pay my bill using the website, it's seamless, easy, and I've never had a problem with them. Would recommend. They text you when you have a bill due, it's nice to be reminded.
I received a bill from this org, but i didn't receive any service from them at all.
Tried to pay bill and website they provided does not work. The bill said I could call the 24/7 phone line, and an automated message told me to call back later.
WOW!! The worst experience ever. So I've been dealing with getting my refund from them for months. It's a long grueling experience. I'm Soo feed up with the run around etc. Pat H and Lauren I feel your pain and frustration. I'm sure there are a lot more like us out there.
