I would give negative stars if I could. Absolutely horrid experience. Dr. Khan was TERRIBLE. Rude. One of the worst doctors I’ve had the displeasure of seeing. But that’s not even what this review is about. They never sent over the medical documents to my insurance. Insurance denied the claim because they never sent over the proper documents. An overall headache to deal with.
Do not bother making an appointment unless you wish to be disappointed. When we had called to make an appointment we were given the address of the office, no biggie other than whoever we had spoken to was very vague. So vague that they left out that there was a possibility that if we punched in their address, there was a possibility that we could have ended up at the wrong place. Do not see this doctor, horrible attitude and no confidence in diagnosis.
This is the worst rudest most disrespectful office I’ve ever dealt with in my whole life! We were one minute late for our appointment as we were in the parking lot and as soon as we got there, they said we cannot be seen and told me the doctor is leaving to go to the hospital..so he would’ve went to the hospital while we were in our appointment if we were one minute early?
