I have had excellent experiences at Dr. Usama Feroze ’s office. From the moment I walked in for the first time, the staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Feroze took the time to listen, explain things to me clearly and asked just the right questions, he made me feel truly cared for comfortable. Their expertise and kindness made all the difference to me. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate healthcare provider!
I highly recommend Dr. Feroze. It is evident that he truly cares about his clients and is very thorough and compassionate in his approach. He was able to accurately diagnose and help manage issues I had struggled with my entire life that were either missed or misdiagnosed by previous providers.
Dr. Ujala Fawad is by far the best psychiatrist I've ever had. I can't believe it took so damn long to find one who actually listens to me when I talk. She doesn't work against me she works with me to figure out what course of action needs to be taken. She explains why and how something may or may not benefit me. Whenever either one of us needs to discuss my care, one of the receptionists will call me within minutes to set up a visit that day.
