I used to be a patient here for about 10 years. Since 2020 things have gotten noticeably worse, between response time when calling, trying to set up in person appointments, etc. I particularly dislike telehealth appointments because I feel like what I'm saying isn't being heard, and I'm not billed immediately after the appointment. Front desk associstes are rude and dismissive. They gave me a copy of the paperwork I dropped off for them to fill out instead of the original, and that was problematic for the purpose. They said the original is in the shred if box and they can't get it, it's a copy because they had to scan it to fill it out. Saw Petra G for ADHD evaluation.
