I was establishing as a new patient and due to my mental health (the reason I needed to be seen) I missed my appointment and now can’t be seen because they are charging me 150$ fee which I can’t afford! It’s disgusting that a company who is supposed to help you makes things worse for you and takes advantage of someone with mental health issues!
The secretary’s that answer the phones are the rudest women I’ve ever come across. They should NOT be working at a mental health facility OR with people in general . DISGUSTED

Krista Clever is the doctor for you if you’re hoping for zero resolutions & more issues than you started with. I went to discuss medication options for my daughter after she was ALREADY evaluated for suicide & actively taking steps for treatment. Bad place do not go here they will not see you for something else that happened before a workers comp claim and they say it was after a workers comp claim and they refused to see me and said they couldn’t treat my son because he has autism level 2
