The staff in the Hollister office is professional, helpful and kind. Frank makes sure we have propane when needing a delivery and the system is safe. Natalie is a great customer service representative for the company. She answers any questions we have quickly. Suburban is fortunate to have these employees working for their brand.
We have been using Suburban Propane for over 30 years and have always had a great experience. Our latest driver is Frank and he has been the best thing to happen to Suburban Propane. Very attentive and friendly. He makes sure we never run out of propane and is always very professional.
