I had a great experience with Suburban Propane in Hope Mills, NC. They installed propane cylinders on my property for backup heat, and everything about the process was smooth and respectful. They worked around my schedule, showed up exactly when they said they would, and handled the installation with real professionalism. I recently had a question about the amount of my bill. I called customer service and Jewel was the person who assisted me. Jewel was very polite, patient and extremely knowledgeable and was able to resolve my concerns better than I had expected. I highly recommend suburban propane for your propane needs. Jewel is awesome.
