Great customer service but the 3 stars is for the surprise $90 bill. Said I received a tank refill. Guess I missed it in the contract but if you don’t get your tank refilled since 2019 they charge you anyway and don’t bother to call you first. I had to call and find out who authorized the tank refill as I am trying to sell my house and no one lives there. Oh our bad. We charged you since you have auto pay made it super easy….but we will take the charges off since you are selling your house and the new owners will get a deal ... read more

Completely unsatisfactory service. I cancelled my service due to moving out of state. I asked when the tank would be picked up and was told it would be left there until it was needed elsewhere. I thought whatever but then I got a bill for tank rental. Called and got it cleared up. The next month I got another bill for closing the account and picking up the tank. The bill was $59 however I had $159 worth of propane left in the tank. I called them and asked when I could expect my refund. They have no idea, told me to wait for ... read more
