The guy they sent to set the tank was excellent and very thorough. However when he informed me I need to pay 100 dollars for a new regulator or 50 for a used one I was a bit confused. Why do I need to pay for a regulator at all? I’m buying the gas exclusively from Suburban. I can’t use the tank without a regulator. I might be wrong but this seemed odd? Not really happy about it.
Had propane tank installed. Installers were very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend Suburban Propane.

Their workers are hardworking and will work well in any weather condition. They also are really patient and extremely nice and easygoing, they’re nice to talk to. I’ve only had a problem once but they came in and fixed it for me, I haven’t had trouble since.
The propane technicians at Suburban Propane deserve a lot of credit. Every time they come out, they’re professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. They take the time to make sure everything is working safely and explain what they’re doing in a way that’s easy to understand. I’ve always felt confident knowing the techs check my system thoroughly and handle everything with care. They show up on time, get the job done right, and are always courteous. It’s clear they take pride in their work and in keeping customers safe.
