Completely unsatisfactory service. I cancelled my service due to moving out of state. I asked when the tank would be picked up and was told it would be left there until it was needed elsewhere. I thought whatever but then I got a bill for tank rental. Called and got it cleared up. The next month I got another bill for closing the account and picking up the tank. The guy they sent to set the tank was excellent and very thorough. However when he informed me I need to pay 100 dollars for a new regulator or 50 for a used one I was a bit confused. Why do I need to pay for a regulator at all? I’m buying the gas exclusively from Suburban. I can’t use the tank without a regulator. I might be wrong but this seemed odd? Not really happy about it.
Had propane tank installed. Installers were very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend Suburban Propane.
