The guy they sent to set the tank was excellent and very thorough. However when he informed me I need to pay 100 dollars for a new regulator or 50 for a used one I was a bit confused. Why do I need to pay for a regulator at all? I’m buying the gas exclusively from Suburban. I can’t use the tank without a regulator. I might be wrong but this seemed odd? Not really happy about it.
Had propane tank installed. Installers were very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend Suburban Propane.
No complaints with Suburban. The tech (Sean ) is super knowledgeable & very personable 😎
Their workers are hardworking and will work well in any weather condition. They also are really patient and extremely nice and easygoing, they’re nice to talk to. I’ve only had a problem once but they came in and fixed it for me, I haven’t had trouble since.
