Worst propane company I’ve ever dealt with. The customer service is horrible and they are definitely a bunch of crooks. Save your self the trouble and shop elsewhere for your propane needs.
Worst utility company I've ever dealt with. They charge $0.50 to $0.75 more then any other propane company. I overpaid them on a prebuy program by $230 and they find any possible way to not give me my money back or give me the propane they owe me. Would not recommend.
They price gouge pretty bad. Before scheduling a fill up, I called several other propane suppliers in the area to see what they were charging. All other companies were charging in the range of 2.45 to 2.70 per gallon. Suburban however wanted to charge almost $4 per gallon!! Then when I ask about price difference, I was told suburban offers more services than other companies.
