Suburban Propane is the Best!! I have delt with other companies in the past and Suburan exceeded them on cost and costumers service. Diane in the Brighton office is the best and extremely helpful. Thanks again Suburban Propane!

Suburban Propane provided adequate service for my mother while she was alive. After she passed away and the property was sold, they've refused to close her account citing the need for the new homeowners to sign up with them. After over two months and 5 requests to have the account closed and the tank removed so that my mothers estate can be closed the issue is still not resolved. They seem to be siding with the new home owner who are not their customers instead of providing appropriate resolution for the customers heirs. The... read more

I had a great first experience there. I didn't know it was that easy to have a tank recertified and only cost 10 bucks, it was a little higher to have the tank filled than at other places. but I needed the up to date cert so we'll worth it. Staff was nice. The older guy outside seemed happy to help. And the cute dark haired lady inside was very helpful. I'll definitely be stopping back here with a few more tanks. My only fault to the place was the price of a 100lbs refill.
