I originally had another company come out and do an estimate, they said they would be there in two weeks to complete the tank install and hook up the lines to the gas logs. However, that never showed up. So I called Suburban Propane thay came out within a week. Had my tank installed and service hooked up, Same day.The installer was early apon arival friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.
This is one of the few places I know of that has amazing customer service. Everyone from the management, office staff to installers are amazing and courteous. They go above and beyond what most companies do. In shopping around this is the only company that did a pressure test for leaks before servicing my tank. This is extremely important because they found a leak a friend of mine had when she became a new customer. That alone could have saved her life. I will continue to use and recommend them. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone . Waited a month to hook up propane tank . Had already payed for service tank and propane. When man came wanted to check tag on fireplace didn’t have tag they had been installed 10 years ago . Had numbers on valve said couldn’t use them. So I wanted my money back . Company said they would send check in mail may take two weeks to get. So I am out money for almost a month and half for nothing. I don’t recommend this company to anyone ! Pleased with the Customer Service April and I received a good Price on my Propane being I am on a fixed Income, I Appreciated the Price, Sense having a Gate Across my Driveway and Dog on my property,I advised for the Driver to call just before he was to arrive, Driver who Delivered my Propane was very Nice and Delivered in the time frame Thank you
