When we signed up for service through Suburban! We signed up for monitored service(98% positive) come to find out it's on will call. I ran out of propane called on Saturday morning to have some delivered. Was told it's a $250 delivery fee not including the propane. Outrageous! Forget it. Called Monday to get it delivered payed my bill of just short of $300. Then was told it will take 7-10 business days to be delivered! Of course it's 20⁰ this week and no propane. Travis came to fill up the tank. He wouldn’t fill it up because it wasn’t level. He said it needed to be leveled first so it will fill properly. He said he’d let the office know and someone would have come out and have that done for me. I called and had it scheduled, before they even came he stopped by to check on me and did a semi fix to level and did a partial fill so I didn’t run out of gas. I just purchased a home that has a propane tank from Suburban, so I called a couple of weeks ago to set up a new account. I spoke with Judy to get my account set up and get on the schedule for an initial safety check. She could not have been more professional and enjoyable to speak with.
