I do see them skipping stops. So not to my surprise they screwed the last guy over with excuses... Horrible location just horrible.
I am waiting the refill since 16 days, my tank is zero since 5 days I called them many times I get only promises I tried making inquiry but the employee was very road she didn't accept making one I asked to talk with the manager but no one answered or call back.
We have a temporary tank for our camper we live in. Suburban had filled it for us a couple of times prior to the last time. We had called to schedule a tank fill at 45%. It's been a couple days shy of 3 weeks, and we've been out for a couple days now...it's January!! They blamed it on broken down trucks and frozen lines...are you kidding me? We've called every day for the last two weeks and no one can give us any information on when we will be serviced. And still no propane!! This company is a joke. We'll never use them agai... read more
