My mom 81 year old mother just had her Propane disconnected by Suburban from a bill from Sept 2019 they came out to take her tanks and disconnect her only food source I called to pay off her tanks and they want a $ 100 fee to come back out at a later date so she at 81 will be without a stove for food until they come out this is so disrespectful its sickening please go fill your own or go to another company this is beyond sad and I am just getting started !!
Absolutely not! Terrible customer service...probably the worst I’ve ever had with any organization. Also, shady rate increases. Buyer beware!
Rude people. Never again will I ever go here. Can't believe they are getting paid to treat customers like this. I just paid 13 dollars more for the same product but was treated with respect so it was worth it. Farrell Gas is your best bet for Customer satisfaction. Poor women on the phone was begging for gas and the lady told her it's not her fault you didn't keep an eye on your tank. Unbelievable.
I cannot believe the customer service is horrible.I hope they can resolve my issue.Its been another day no phone call from anybody.
