We had a verbal agreement with this company, specifically Mary Schaeffer and Annette, for free tank rental because they prematurely filled our tank while we were in the process of installing a geothermal system, which runs on electricity. They have just called me and very rudely told me that that was they would no longer honor our agreement! This is a very poor customer service!
