RecommendedCustomer Service Associate, Mary Lou, took awesome care of me yesterday when I ran out of propane. A delivery truck was here in about an hour, tanks filled and the delivery driver (I wish I knew his name) even got the furnace running again while putting up with my overly excited 120# chocolate lab. I ordered propane in October they were supposed to deliver on November 16th 2020 they didn’t call I had to call them made appointment for December 18th well they did call and cancel that one and made one for December 28th today and now it won’t be till tomorrow ... People think 2 times before you try and get propane from these people . Cause you will be sorry
Your company is absolutely horrible. You should be investigated for your price gouging and highway robbery. Your practices are criminal.
Even though we had a contract to do business, Suburban Propane failed to show up on three different occasions. Shame on me for believing them, but shame on them for being so unprofessional. Now, after waiting for weeks, taking time off from work on three different occasions, and being lied to from employees on all different levels as to when the delivery and installation would happen, it still did not happen. I was promised that my tank was going to be picked up withing 3 days. It wasn't, I sold my house and I can't get them to pick up this tank. I am so frustrated with this company. I originally called a month ago to cancel they completely ignored me!
