Let me start by saying I don't usually post bad reviews, but this company is beyond bad. If I could give negative stars I would. Let me start by saying leaving Suburban has been a long time coming. It starts with rude office staff. Then we have the problem of delivery in the winter. I have a paved driveway, which i plow right after it snows, they made me put gravel down, which I had to sweep up in the spring. And in spite of all that the driver drove in the yard and made ruts, again more work for me too fix it. The last stra... read more
If you have any snow at all they will not come. A few years ago I ended up running out. This year I called before we even got snow. It's been over 3 weeks and still don't have it. I'm going to end up running out again. Worst company. This will be the last time I deal with them.
