I've never actually done any business with these folks but I have met them all almost due to a car issue I have and they are the sweetest and kindest ladies ever working in the office. Car issues sometimes take a bit to figure out especially around this time of year. It's not easy on folks to fix a car right away and I just needed to express my gratitude for their kindness. It's saved me a ton of money cause I don't need a mechanic to fix my issue but it has been a pain getting the part I do need.

The worst customer service ever. I pay as I need my propane because I can’t get a credit account with them but still every 2.5 3 months I pay 500$ for propane in winter summer it lasts longer but still I always have to wait to get it and I can’t afford to pay early when it’s a high amount so I call when I’m at 15:20% and they know this and now again I’m waiting over a week and I call and tell them about the health issues currently so I can’t run out and they don’t care period. Even though I live close they treat me like I do... read more

I have a paved driveway, which i plow right after it snows, they made me put gravel down, which I had to sweep up in the spring. And in spite of all that the driver drove in the yard and made ruts, again more work for me too fix it. The last stra... read more

If you have any snow at all they will not come. A few years ago I ended up running out. This year I called before we even got snow. It's been over 3 weeks and still don't have it. I'm going to end up running out again. Worst company. This will be the last time I deal with them.
