NOT ONE BUT TWICE NOW WE'VE FULLY RUN OUT OF PROPANE BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY! They pull the same bs when we call lying that we don't have an account and our address doesn't exist (then why do we have one of your tanks here) then somehow magically find it and say yep we'll be there in one to two weeks. Helpful and professional!
We have been getting automatic delivery for 4 years with no issue (except the cost which exceeds the state average by quite a bit). Today we ran out of propane. When we called to see why this had happened we found out that we had not received a delivery for almost a month longer than has ever been the case in any previous winter.
