We have been getting automatic delivery for 4 years with no issue (except the cost which exceeds the state average by quite a bit). Today we ran out of propane. When we called to see why this had happened we found out that we had not received a delivery for almost a month longer than has ever been the case in any previous winter. Working at a customer house in NH that’s on automatic delivery and been without heat for a month and they tell owners that that the furnace needed a part that was no longer available, customer finds the part online orders it sets up another service call only to have them not show up, middle of the damn winter with water on and no heat, customer had to have water drained to prevent water from freezing. Customer service has done nothing but lied to the customer, worst service around wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone

Suburban screwed up and let my tenant put his name onto my account instead of opening up his own account as woud be normal (without my knowledge). Then he left a $350 tab and they want me to pay for it. Call the office several times and finally asked "Sophia" to talk to the manager "Michael".
