Do not use Suburban Propane Coldwater. They damaged the siding on my garage and will not call back. I would not want them on my property. Not trustworthy.
Brought in a 40lb and 20lb tank for refill. Was told they were expired and they could do nothing for me. I asked about recertification, they claimed they could not be recertified and they could not do it. Even though one of the tanks I knew was well within certification date I would have to buy new tanks and they didnt sell tanks that small. I called Nottawa and they recertified the one and filled both the tanks with no questions asked. They didnt even charge me for the recerification. People uneducated in propane tanks woul... read more
yesterday i looked at my propane tank and realized i need propane so cool cuz Thursdays are my fill day. So after all the cost of Christmas then this bill i called suburban to only find out they would come so with my saved up $472 they told me the would only do a mid fill then charge me a $125 delivery fee which makes no since cuz Thursday is my day they are in my area. so have reached out to them and they still insisted i had to pay a delivery fee. so not happy this place is a rip and has poor customer service i advise not ... read more

Nothing but problems.....prices are outrageous compared to other companies.
Worst company we have ever dealt with! Price gouging 3.09 a gal is outrages we advised them that we would be leaving when our gas was low. They came and started to fill the tank we we still had enough in. I stopped them at 250 gal. $860!!!!! We had it pulled and thought we should get a refund but nope they told us restocking fees and they said late fees because we didn't pay for that. So no refund. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Take your money anywhere else. Horrible customer service and employees.
Only because zero stars wasn't an option. Last fill, they quoted a price. We paid that upon delivery. Suddenly we were "quoted wrong", and if we didn't pay the difference, they were going to lock our tank. Called this week for a refill again, and they wanted to charge almost $3/gallon! Their tank is getting picked up this week, and the new company is delivering for less than $1.50/gallon. Their customer service is horrible.
