Terrible, terrible service. There was one nice person there who tried to keep me as a customer but it's not enough to deal with all their other issues. Would not recommend. Do yourself a favor and find a different company.
Getting to talk to a fellow Janet made my day! Waited a bit too long to call for a delivery and she was able to walk me through all the steps and get me scheduled - thanks a bunch!
Spent my entire Friday calling around to different propane places to enquire about pricing. That whole time the only person who made me feel like I wasn't wasting theirs was Janet at the Coldwater office; thank you so much!
I have nothing but good things to say after spending 45+ minutes on the phone with the coldwater manager as he explained my situation with me and worked to solve all the problems and concerns I had. ( While I wasn’t very pleasant) He stayed calm, and patient, explained everything to me multiple times and was willing to work with me and tried to help the customer as much as he could. Definitely recommend doing business with them!
