We were paying almost double per gallon of propane compared to local sources near us. When we tried to switch companies, we were hassled by one of the office ladies. After we switched, it took Suburban over 4 months to pick up their tank. They still tried to charge us $70 for picking up the tank. Definitely do not recommend them.
"I have used Suburban Propane company for over twenty years. Their automatic delivery keeps the tank full without having to call. The drivers are always polite and careful around my property. Their prices are fair, and the office staff is very helpful on the phone."
Excellent and efficient service. Courteous staff. Thank you.
