Excellent customer service. Delivery driver very pleasant, prompt and on time, was respectful of my property while delivering fuel oil. Very pleased
Absolutely the most outrageous experience I've ever had it is nearly almost winter and they are giving me the run-around to get propane hooked up out in my apartment with prices almost triple what everyone else is costing
- RUDE customer service reps - Charged double rate in hopes I wouldn’t notice. Then said it happened to multiple people and I’m betting they didn’t reach out to correct anything and let yall pay that extra bill. - TONS of hidden fees and costs. They hit me with fees not even listed on their website. - EXPENSIVE!! Their prices in comparison to local companies is 40% MORE than competitors locally. $8/ ft for the propane line compared to $5/ ft ETC.
