Absolutely the most outrageous experience I've ever had it is nearly almost winter and they are giving me the run-around to get propane hooked up out in my apartment with prices almost triple what everyone else is costing
- RUDE customer service reps - Charged double rate in hopes I wouldn’t notice. Then said it happened to multiple people and I’m betting they didn’t reach out to correct anything and let yall pay that extra bill. - TONS of hidden fees and costs. They hit me with fees not even listed on their website. - EXPENSIVE!! Their prices in comparison to local companies is 40% MORE than competitors locally. $8/ ft for the propane line compared to $5/ ft ETC. I only gave a 1 star because I had too theses people are terrible to deal with they will show up un invited on your property charge you double without notice talk to you shitty on the phone do no work in the winter and send men out to make sure you don't use other companies propane in their tank oh and they fill from the street which is illegal for them to do its a total clown show beware!
I will be leaving suburban propane as soon as my contract ends, maybe sooner! The price of the propane is double of what I paid from the propane company that I use to supply my house. I had few choices of companies that would set 120 gal tanks for my garage shop. Suburban offered the 120 tanks so went with them and was charged 3.99 a gallon! I will be canceling as soon as I find a replacement.
I have had nothing but issues with these guys, they don't care if you run out, they will make you wait. I ran out of propane twice be cause they fail to show up before 10 days! They always have an excuse, I'm not one to talk ill on others, but this place is garbage and they deserve no business
