My propane tank was filled on 7/06/2026. The delivery driver has always left a notification of delivery between storm door and front door. I did not receive a refill notice. Kimberly, from customer service, said it “probably blew away”. Secondly, I never received an invoice that the tank was filled from suburban propane. So, on 8/20/26, I received a call from Kimberly, telling me that my bill was past due. I was charged $796.31 for 113 gallons. Every time I call to schedule a diesel delivery the staff is friendly and straightforward with their communication. Deliveries always arrive on time. I postponed a spring delivery and today realized my tank was low, which put me in a bind. My fault! Suburban called their delivery drivers already at work and put me in for a same day delivery. Exceptional service!

Delivery driver was very thorough making sure the line was properly hooked up with no leaks. Very satisfied making the switch.

ZERO STARS…… Wanted to charge me 50.00 a month to rent their tanks so I told them to come get them. They are already the most expensive around. 6 months later they finally come get the tanks one tank is full never used the other is 1/2 used they tell me I will be reimbursed hahaha. What a joke they sent me a $13.00 check
