I am not sure how you eliminated hundreds of reviews but obviously you did. I wrote a candid, thorough 1 star review. I would caution anyone who is considering the Jeffersonville, IN location. They have neither responded to my emails nor removed their tank. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location. Poor customer service, no show appts and faulty equipment and no training for new propane customers for which we paid a fee.
Be sure they tell you all of the installation charges up front. First we got bumped back a month then paid for the install when it was done and paid to fill the tank when it was done. They had to come back to actually bury the line, no indication of extra charges then. Also they are finally coming to finish the job….2 months later. When they installed they knew the distance to the generator but said nothing till now.
This location is no longer open.
