Over the summer Suburban came and installed our gas dryer. While the techs were here, they also "checked" our oven, which was not having any problems. After that "check" the oven started malfunctioning. We called them and asked them to come back and figure out what they had done to it. The tech came, shut off the gas to the oven (without our knowledge or consent) and without checking a single thing, or even taking the back panel off the oven, told us the repair would cost $400. This company continues to RIP off people, had them for almost a year and every bill we got from them was outrageous. they'd fill during the highest peak times, then when they told us it cost $200 to early terminate we did ...then got a bill for $340!!! oh the termination fee is $250 and charged us $90 to pick up their tank (which left left on our property for 2 months, they finally came and picked it up after I called to tell them that no one had picked it up yet).
