Excellent in every way. Davina personifies customer service. After 3 calls to Sawyer with no return call (don’t do it!), I was hesitant to expect much. I am happy to say I was very pleasantly surprised. I set up a new account, arranged for delivery, and am very happy to recommend this company.
I had the opportunity to work AJ and Angel from suburban propane yesterday. AJ came out to my house a week or so ago to reassure us that we were going to make our deadline. He also referred someone to install the pipe for us. Angel and AJ both were out there yesterday, and in no time they had my gas hooked up and my stove working. I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience. They were both very professional and very knowledgeable in the field they work in.

Was on hold for almost 10 minutes. Then call was rerouted out of state. Finally the person who answered the call had none of the information i asked for... then they have the audacity to use a recording saying my call is very important to them. So I will be getting my propane elsewhere.
