This company went **ABOVE AND BEYOND ** to help me out. Due to my own ignorance, I got myself in a pickle. I could have lost almost 500 dollars to fill my propane tank. I explained everything to TAMMY *aka rockstar*. 5 minutes later, they solved all my problems and saved me all that money ..And now thanks to you guys, !! I got 99 problems but my propane supplier isn't one!!... YOU GUYS ROCK
This is the worst company we've ever dealt with. Hands down. Rude, deceptive people who don't tell the truth & take advantage of their cold customers.
This is the second time this happend to me with this company. I woke up on Saturday morning to find a bill on my door knob for 460$ for a propane drop I did not ask for! So I called and of course it was on a Saturday so noone could help me. So I waited untill Monday morning to call and they told me I was on a yearly schedule to have a drop off every December (which I know for a fact is a lie because given my situation I wouldn’t validate a yearly monthly or any sort of planned drop off) I only ever fill up when needed throug... read more

Would leave zero stars if I could. Not a company I will do business with again. Unhappy from the start- poor customer service, I have had billing issues as well- then they show up unannounced and "auto fill" your tank- Whether you want it or not- then you can pay even more to have it pumped out- So long suburban-
