We have a condo at the OBX that we rent out for short-term rentals. Our renters showed up to find a note stuck to the door that said there would be a disruption in service. I never received a heads up e-mail or text. I called Suburban. My account was fully up to date, no payment problems, the tank had been filled the week before and there weren't any notes on the account as to why the propane was shut off. We just moved into our house and had no real knowledge of our gas fireplace. Travis came by initially to check it out and do maintenance to it as well. He took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I was able to turn it on. The other day I couldn’t get it on and sent Travis a text for some assistance. He gave me a call right away Friday night and walked me through the process again! Thank you again Travis

I have been a customer for about 5 years. I called today to cancel and they tell me that I need to pay for 1 year renewal before cancelling and they are not available to pickup the tank until December 2024. This is ridiculous as we always have paid on time and now that we want to cancel they want us to pay for next year renewal.

Wish zero stars were possible! The worst customer service. Zero organization. Terrible communication. I was a customer for five+ years until a tech cut on my gas line after I called for a gas leak, the propane leaked into my house and could’ve killed the four puppies I had. Thankfully when I came home and flipped the light switch on I didn’t blow up. After YEARS of dealing with BS from this company, there was no credit given and no apologies. The technicians are great, but the lady who answers the phone is rude and unhelpful. We’ve had two separate interactions with her and both times she was extremely rude.
