They dug up my driveway and left big tire dud in it and left it a big mess. Not happy with it and price was outrageous for a tank which I just use fir cooking and hot water
The lady I spoke to in the Fairfield office was very helpful and listened to my concern. She was able to resolve the issue without transferring me. I appreciate employees who are empowered to take care of the customer in first contact. Thank you
Great service
Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Suburban Propane. My leasing company originally tried to have me go with a different company at first and they were unhelpful and didn’t seem to care at all whether or not I had hot water. Called suburban and they immediately took care of everything and were out two days later (the other company told me it would be a week.) Not to mention their prices are lower, and with better customer service? This one’s a no brainer for me. Will continue to use them from here on out for all of m... read more
