In late Sept23, was contacted about a special price. I agreed but also wanted to upsize the tank as a LP fireplace is to be added. It is now 12/6 and the request has not been fulfilled - it has been a mess up from the beginning. Now - the driver of their truck filled the OLD tank (wrongly) and when leaving, drove through some newly sewn (expensive) grass seed and landscaping. Asking this to be resolved, they are now silent with no response. Thus a 1-star rating.
Office Staff was Very polite and professional, also Service Tech. Kept us informed
Very pleased with the service! They came out, installed the tank, checked our lines and filled the tank within 24 hours after we called.
