I have been with suburban propane since 2018 and I appreciate their customer service. Like any other company, a hiccup might occur even though it's rare. However, I will not give them less than 5 stars because of one or 2 hiccups. The reason is they do try to work with you and if there are errors( which is rare) , tell them. They have great staff . You guys were supposed to take the tank off my property 13 years ago , now sending bill for yearly rental? It's considered abandoned property. I want it gone we dont use it haven't used it since 2010. And why does tank have propane after notholding any for13 years, and it's not even hooked up to my home. This is ridiculous and want them to fix now.
During our last snow storm/power outage Suburban scheduled a "top-off" delivery but failed to show up on 3 different days! When I complained they sent out someone at 5pm on the 3rd day. He left my gate open and my dog got out, he was found by a neighbor and returned to me the next day. I do not recommend Suburban Propane and I will NEVER use them again! There are plenty of other companies out there that really care about their customers. I am a senior citizen, and I am disabled, and they chose to lie to me 3 times!!!
I cut ties with this company years ago and they are still charging me for tank rent even if they have removed the tanks years ago. One of the many reasons why I had to switch propane service. The cost of their propane is way high than others. And communication with them is hard. I will send them email and messages and you won’t get replies. I have emailed them about these tank rental bills and I still keep getting them in my mail. Their Placerville branch are not friendly.
The placerville Suburban propane office and crew really came through big time and went above and beyond delivering and installing my 1100 gallon tank today! Can’t recommend them enough! I seen some bad reviews on here but I dont know what those people were talking about. Carol at the office and Jeff in the field are amazing! Solid people and gave me a solid price! Thank you suburban propane! I will be recommending you to all of my friends.
